My work with small businesses, digital technology and AI continues to raise important questions about how technology can become more useful, accessible and trusted. These questions shape my research, experimentation and approach to innovation.
Applied Digital Adoption + Research-Led SME Systems
My current research interests have grown out of my practical experience working with small businesses. I am particularly interested in how non-tech-savvy entrepreneurs can move from informal and manual ways of working towards simple digital and AI-ready systems that improve record-keeping, financial visibility and everyday business decision-making.
